Unhappy</strong></h4><br> I expected a brand new power adapter, but I'm more than certain it's used. There are scratches, marks, and stains throughout. The sad part is that it's a decent product. I haven't even tried out the sync cable. I didn't open it... hopefully that's not used as well.<br /><br />Until something is done about this, I will leave this at 2 stars.<br /><br />--- Update ---<br /><br />I contacted the seller. They were responsive and generous and sent me out a new shipment of the product, but it was even more disappointing because not only am I convinced that the adapters are not new, but neither the cable nor adapter worked.
